4. Customer Privacy Controls

End customers who use the chat interface have full control over their conversation data:

  • Save: Choose to share the conversation with the business
  • Delete: Permanently delete all messages with no recovery

This choice is presented at the end of every chat session. If deleted, no trace of the conversation remains in our systems.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Database security with row-level access controls

  • Data stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Business users can delete their account and associated data at any time. Chat data that customers choose to delete is permanently removed immediately.
